With over 20 years’ experience in Total Facilities Management (TFM), SSiFM was founded by Christopher Balmforth MC who is, and will always be, driven by a passion for great service. Realising the changing face of the TFM industry was more than just winning long-term contracts, the revolution that Christopher started was one of flexibility and cost efficiency.

With our Headquarters in Cannock, West Midlands we coordinate facilities across the UK with clients located across the country. We operate in a diverse range of industries with clients in the construction, manufacturing, not-for-profit sectors and engineering. Having a broad background of experiences allows us to understand the complex needs of a wide range of industries and thus deliver bespoke facilities management solutions.
