Local Total Facilities Management company SSiFM are holding their very first free Specialist Networking event on Friday 26th January. Held at the Keys Business Village in Hednesford, Staffordshire, SSiNETWORK is a monthly networking event specifically for SSiFM’s registered Silver and Gold Status Specialists as well as interested Facilities Management (FM) guests.
The purpose of the free SSiNETWORK events will be encourage members to get together on a regular basis to help improve and develop the services provided by the company as a collective. The first of these events, scheduled for the 26th January will help to support and strengthen Project Conforta, a strategy which SSiFM launched recently with the aim of developing and establishing exceptional working relationships with experienced FM trade Specialists.
Talking of the forthcoming SSiNETWORK event, Chris Balmforth MC MBIFM, CEO of SSiFM Ltd explains ‘We’re very much looking forward to holding our first event at the end of the month. It’s a great opportunity for the team to meet and for our Silver and Gold specialists to network with Property and FM Professionals, peers and other Specialists. Attendees will have the opportunity to promote their business and the range of services they provide.’ He adds, ‘Through these monthly events we hope to drive collaborative innovation and discuss best practice from which all parties can benefit. It’s hoped that by sharing experience and inside information, we can help to improve the FM Industry and specifically the outstanding service that SSiFM provides.’
The free event on 26th January starts at 10:30am with refreshments and an opportunity to network with other attendees before the meeting kicks off at 11:00am. After a formal introduction and welcome by the SSiFM team, there will be a discussion on current SSiFM tasks, projects and contracts before guests have the opportunity to give a short presentation which illustrates and promotes their own specialist services. After lunch, a jam-packed afternoon will resume. Besides an Innovation and Best Practice session led by guest speakers and FM professionals, the group will discuss the SSiFM Strategy and there will be an open forum with a chance for attendees to ask questions.
